OSSTF/FEESO has a Provincial Executive consisting of seven voting members that constitute the Board of Directors. The voting members are elected for a two–year term at a Provincial Assembly.

The Senior Staff team consists of:

• Gary Fenn, Interim Associate General Secretary – Professional Services
• Dave Barrowclough, Associate General Secretary – Protective Services
